Temperature sensitive and special order items are only able to be refunded if they arrive damaged or have an expiration date of less than two weeks. Food items and special orders are unable to be returned or refunded for any other reason.
Dry food and Non-food items may be returned to us within 30 days of the ship date. A 25% restocking fee will be charged, and the original shipping fee will not be refunded. Products must be unused, and in good condition. If product boxes or packaging are damaged during return shipping, you may be assessed a re-boxing fee.
Upon receipt and inspection of the return item, a store credit will be issued for 75% of the purchase price excluding shipping.
